Essaouira fishing harbour, Atlantic Coast of Morocco

The walled city seen through a spy hole in the harbour wall. The Port of Essaouira lies on a strategic point of the Moroccan coastline. Its harbour is the scene of constant activity with fishing boats in dry dock, fishermen mending their nets and selling their catches at dawn. It is a UNESCO world heritage site.
